Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BubbleDash Wash LLC (“BubbleDash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) laundry pickup and delivery services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BubbleDash Wash LLC.
2. Liability and Limitations
2.1 Maximum Liability
BubbleDash’s maximum liability for lost, damaged, or destroyed items is limited to:
- $50.00 per item for declared items
- $500.00 maximum per order regardless of the number of items
- Undeclared items are limited to $25 per item, $250 maximum per order
2.2 Exclusions from Liability
BubbleDash is NOT liable for:
- Items without care labels or with illegible care labels
- Pre-existing damage, tears, loose buttons, worn fabric, or fading
- Items that require dry cleaning but were submitted for wash-and-fold
- Color bleeding or shrinkage consistent with normal washing
- Items left in pockets (money, keys, electronics, etc.)
- Damage from manufacturing defects or poor quality garments
- Sentimental value of any item
- High-value items not declared at time of booking
- Items picked up or delivered to an incorrect location due to customer error
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
3. Claims Process
3.1 Reporting Damage or Loss
All claims for lost or damaged items must be reported:
- Within 24 hours of delivery
- By phone at 667-3-PICKUP (667-374-2587) or email at pickup@bubbledashwash.com
- With photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
- With proof of value for items over $50
3.2 Claims Investigation
We will investigate all claims promptly and respond within 5 business days. Resolution may include:
- Re-washing at no charge
- Credit toward future service
- Compensation up to liability limits stated above
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, customer agrees to first contact BubbleDash to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
4.2 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law principles.
4.3 Small Claims Court
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in small claims court in Montgomery County, Maryland.
4.4 Limitation on Legal Action
Any claim against BubbleDash must be brought within 6 months of the date the issue arose. Claims brought after 6 months are waived.
5. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BubbleDash Wash LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Customer’s breach of these Terms of Service
- Customer’s violation of any law or regulation
- Customer providing inaccurate information
- Damage to BubbleDash property or personnel caused by customer or customer’s items
6. Modifications to Terms
BubbleDash reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between customer and BubbleDash regarding our services.
