Additional Fees
Distance Fees
- 0-5 miles from Silver Spring, MD: No additional fee
- 5-10 miles from Silver Spring, MD: $5 distance fee
- 10-15 miles from Silver Spring, MD: $10 distance fee
Specialty Items
Comforters, duvets, sleeping bags, and other oversized items may incur additional per-item fees. We will always confirm pricing before processing these items.
- Comforters: Starting at $15-$25 per item (depending on size)
- Duvets: Starting at $20-$30 per item (depending on size)
- Sleeping bags: Starting at $15 per item
Cancellation Fee
⚠️ Cancellation Policy: $15 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Free cancellation or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice.

Scheduling Your Service
How to Schedule
- Call or Text: Contact us at 667-3-PICKUP (667-374-2587)
- Choose Your Time: Select a 2-hour pickup window that works for you
- Provide Details: Share your address and any special instructions
- We’ll Handle the Rest: We’ll pick up, wash, fold, and deliver back to you
Pickup Windows
- Pickups are scheduled within 2-hour windows
- We will text you 30 minutes before arrival
- If you’re not available, laundry can be left at a designated safe location per your instructions
Turnaround Time
⏱️ Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup. During peak times or holidays, turnaround may extend to 72 hours. We will notify you of any delays.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation or rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: $15 cancellation fee applies
- No-show (customer not available): $15 fee for return trip or rescheduling
