🚗 Pickup Service
We come to your designated location at a scheduled time to pick up your laundry. Simply leave your bag in a safe, accessible spot and we’ll handle the rest.
- 2-hour pickup windows
- Text notification 30 minutes before arrival
- Flexible pickup locations (home, office, apartment lobby, etc.)
- No need to be home during pickup
🧺 Washing, Drying & Folding
Your laundry is professionally cleaned using high-quality, hypoallergenic detergents and expertly folded.
- Sorted by color (darks, lights, whites) and fabric type
- Industry-standard washing and drying practices
- Careful folding for easy storage
- 24-48 hour standard turnaround (72 hours during peak times)
🚚 Delivery Service
Clean, fresh laundry delivered right back to your door in neatly organized bags.
- Delivered to the same location as pickup (or alternate address upon request)
- Safe drop-off if you’re not home
- Text notification when delivery is complete
What We Wash
We handle all your everyday laundry items including:
- Clothing (shirts, pants, dresses, underwear, socks, etc.)
- Bed linens (sheets, pillowcases)
- Towels and washcloths
- Activewear and gym clothes
- Baby clothes and linens
Specialty Items
We can also handle larger items with additional fees:
- Comforters and duvets
- Sleeping bags
- Blankets and throws
- Other oversized items (pricing confirmed before processing)
Care Standards
BubbleDash exercises reasonable care consistent with industry standards:
- We sort laundry by color and fabric type to prevent damage
- We use high-quality, hypoallergenic detergents
- We follow general care instructions for washing and drying
- We fold items with care for easy storage
Scheduling & Pickup
How to Schedule
Getting started with BubbleDash is easy:
- Call or Text: Contact us at 667-3-PICKUP (667-374-2587)
- Choose Your Time: Select a 2-hour pickup window that works for you
- Provide Details: Share your address and any special instructions
- Prepare Your Laundry: Have your bag ready at the designated location
Pickup Windows
- Pickups are scheduled within 2-hour windows
- We will text you 30 minutes before arrival
- If you’re not available, laundry can be left at a designated safe location per your instructions
Turnaround Time
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation or rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: $15 cancellation fee applies
- No-show (customer not available): $15 fee for return trip or rescheduling
Recurring Service
Save time and money with our recurring service option:
💰 10% Discount on Recurring Service
- Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled pickups
- Same day/time each week or every two weeks
- Only $1.80 per pound (normally $2.00/lb)
- Can cancel or modify with 7 days notice
- Never worry about scheduling again!
Delivery
- Laundry will be delivered to the same address as pickup unless otherwise arranged
- If you’re not home, laundry will be left at your designated safe location per your instructions
- You’ll receive a text notification when delivery is complete
- BubbleDash is not responsible for items stolen after delivery to the designated location
