Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BubbleDash Wash LLC services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Liability and Limitations

• $50.00 maximum per item
• $500.00 maximum per order
• Undeclared items limited to $25 per item, $250 maximum per order

Exclusions from Liability

• Items without care labels
• Pre-existing damage
• Items requiring dry cleaning submitted for wash-and-fold
• Items left in pockets
• Sentimental value of any item

3. Claims Process

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by phone at 667-3-PICKUP or email at pickup@bubbledashwash.com.

4. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes may be brought in small claims court in Montgomery County, Maryland.
